Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable due to preparatory resources allocated in advance.

Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to immediate access, these items are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you encounter technical difficulties, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via the contact form for support; at our discretion, we may issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
6.3 Goods
Physical items may be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending goods back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
